Holistic Grief Coaching

You don’t have to navigate grief alone.

Grief changes everything.

It can show up in the middle of everyday life — during school runs, in supermarket aisles, in the quiet moments when the world seems to carry on but something inside you has shifted forever.

I’m Rebecca — an ICF, IPHM & ACCPH-certified trauma-informed Holistic Grief Coach, teacher, and mother of three.

Through a holistic, body-led approach, I support people navigating loss to reconnect with themselves, understand how grief lives in the nervous system, and build the capacity to hold both sorrow and joy.

Grief isn’t something to fix or rush.

It’s something we learn to carry.

And you don’t have to do that alone.

Grief lives in the body too

Grief is a shape shifter — constantly moving and changing, showing up in different ways throughout life.

Through holistic grief coaching, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your grief at your own pace. Together we listen to the wisdom of your body, your emotions, and your nervous system.

Using somatic practices, reflection, and gentle curiosity, our work helps you:

• understand how grief lives in your body
• regulate your nervous system
• reconnect with who you are after loss
• create space for both grief and joy to coexist

Every session is completely personalised to you and where you are on your grief journey.

Why this work matters to me

I know grief not just as a coach — but as a mother walking this path herself.

In recent years I have lost my Dad, my Step-Dad, and a dear friend who became family. Navigating this while raising three young children has shown me how grief lives alongside everyday life.

Motherhood doesn’t pause for grief.

The cooking, school runs, emotional regulation and endless to-do lists continue — even when your own heart feels broken.

This lived experience shapes the way I support others. My work is grounded in compassion, honesty and the understanding that grief is something we learn to live alongside, not something we simply “move on” from.

Begin with a connection call

If you’re considering grief coaching, the first step is a free 15–30 minute connection call.

This gives us the opportunity to talk about where you are on your grief journey and what support might feel most helpful for you right now.

There is no pressure or obligation — simply a gentle space to explore whether working together feels right.

If you feel called to reach out please contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
