This session offers a compassionate space to talk, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together we explore what your grief is asking of you and what might help you feel more supported in this moment.

 

Using a holistic, body-led approach, we may explore how grief is showing up emotionally, mentally, and physically, helping you leave the session feeling more grounded and understood.

 

Perfect if you would like immediate support or want to experience grief coaching before committing to a longer journey.

Walking with Grief

A supportive container to explore your grief more deeply.

 

Across six sessions we gently explore your grief experience and how it is showing up in your life right now.

 

Together we create space to:

• understand your grief and emotional responses
• reconnect with your body and nervous system
• explore tools that support you through difficult moments
• begin finding steadiness within the waves of grief

 

Includes:

  • Six 60-minute 1:1 sessions

  • Trauma-sensitive, somatic coaching

  • Weekday Telegram voice + text support

  • Personalised practices between sessions

 

Sessions to be used within six months, allowing both momentum and spaciousness.

The Seasons of Grief

A deeper coaching experience for those wanting ongoing support as they learn to live alongside their grief.

Over twelve weeks we work together to gently explore your grief, strengthen your emotional capacity, and support you to reconnect with yourself and your life.

 

This journey allows time to:

• understand how grief moves through your body and nervous system
• explore the impact of loss on your identity and daily life
• build compassionate ways to support yourself through grief waves
• create space for meaning, connection, and moments of light again

The aim is not to move away from your grief, but to help you feel more able to carry it.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute sessions

  • Trauma-sensitive, embodied coaching

  • Weekday Telegram voice + text support

  • Built-in integration pauses
