Starter Package -

Grief Aware Workplace 

Goal: Introduce basic grief literacy and normalise grief conversations at work.

Ideal For: Small to mid-sized businesses new to grief support.

Includes:

  • 1-hour Grief Literacy Training (virtual or in-person)
  • 30-minute Manager Briefing on how best to support grieving employees
  • Resource bank to support manager briefing

Duration: One time session

 

Starter Package - The Supportive Workplace

Goal: Supporting employees

Ideal for: Any company serious about supporting their employees through grief.

Includes: Individual 1:1 Holistic Grief Coaching sessions for employees.

 

Each session is 1hour long via zoom. In these sessions I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can express your emotions freely without fear of judgement. I will offer guidance, empathy and unwavering support as you navigate your grief pathway. I will help you process your grief in a supportive and healthy way allowing you to find meaning and health amongst the pain. Grief is unique to each individual and I will work closely with you to develop a personalised programme that addresses your needs, preferences and goals for healing using a holistic approach which is centred around learning to regulate the nervous system. 

Investment: Bespoke to how many sessions are booked. Monthly and annual subscriptions available. 

 

Growth Package  -Compassionate Leadership

Goal: Train leadership and HR to respond with emotional intelligence to grief.

Ideal For: Organisations with leadership teams seeking skill-building.

Includes:

  • Everything in the Starter Package
  • Leadership Workshop on trauma-informed management, can be as two 1 hour sessions or 1 two hour session.
  • 2 x 1-hour Group Coaching Circles for team leaders or HR where you will gain knowledge of how to navigate difficult conversations with grieving employees in a trauma-sensitive way. 
  • Customised Return-to-Work Plan guidance
  • 30-minute post-training Follow-Up Call with HR

Duration: 4–6 weeks

 

Support Package - Grief-Informed Culture 

Goal: Create ongoing support systems for employees navigating loss to support emotional and physical well-being though a supportive culture.

Ideal For: Companies with multiple departments or high exposure to loss.

Includes:

  • Everything in the Growth Package

  • Monthly Grief Coaching Circles (virtual or in-person) for leaders, managers or grieving employees.

  • 2 individual Employee 1:1 Holistic Grief Coaching Sessions a month 

  •  Wellness + Grief Webinars

  • Resource Hub Access: grief journal prompts, videos, PDFs

Duration: 3–6 months

 

Legacy PackageIntegrated Grief Wellness Programme"

Goal: Embed grief awareness into company culture, policies, and benefits.

Ideal For: Large companies or values-driven organisations with a focus on DEI, wellness, and retention.

Includes:

  • Everything in the Support Package

  • Grief-Inclusive Policy Audit & Recommendations

  • Custom-built Grief Support Playbook for managers

  • Quarterly Manager 1:1 Coaching

  • Annual Team Wellness Retreat (virtual or in-person or on location)

  • Company-wide access to grief-support platform and 1:1 Holistic Grief coaching sessions
